Healthy Tofu Parm:

ane block of extra theatre organic tofu - cutting to filet shape
iv flax eggs or egg substitute 
two cups organic breadcrumbs
organic Italian seasoning 
fresh solid seat down pepper to taste 
cherry-red pepper flakes to taste

Preheat oven to 425 , drain too spell tofu into filets , too and therefore laid upwardly aside. In a split upwardly dish spread out the flax egg or egg substitute too sprinkle inwards around Italian seasoning. On around other plate , spread the breadcrumbs too mix inwards cherry-red pepper flakes , solid seat down pepper , too add together a generous total of Italian seasoning.

First , dip the tofu into the egg mixture , creating a lite coat too therefore house tofu onto plate amongst breadcrumbs too embrace generously amongst breadcrumb mixture.
