Some slow ways to endure active at the beach:
Walking
Surfing/ torso surfing
Swimming
Walking inwards the H2O knee/waist deep
Get upwards off your chair/ blanket oftentimes in addition to walk downwards to the water
Dig a whole/ construct a sand castle
Play catch/frisbee
Volleyball/Paddleball
Picking upwards seashells in addition to sea-glass
Flying a kite
Sea kayaking

Windsurfing
Water skiing
Paddle boarding
